Ducks set record in win over Huskies

EUGENE, Ore. - The Oregon Ducks shot down the Washington Huskies with a record 14 3-pointers, downing Washington 71-58 at venerable McArthur Court Thursday night as both teams entered the game knowing that their post-season hopes hinged on the game's outcome.   Full Story

Current Wake Forest and former Loyola (MD) and Xavier head basketball coach Skip Prosser collapsed in his WFU office and was pronounced dead Thursday afternoon, according to Scout's DeaconSports.com. Prosser, a native of Carnegie, Pa., was a self-described 'Pittsburgh Guy.' This is very sad news.    Full Story
